All orders are print-to-order and shipped within 3-4 Business Days.  

Delivery of Products

Australia: 3-5 business Days

New Zealand: 3-5 business Days

Rest of the World: 3-5 Business Days

Please note that all shipping times listed on the Website are an estimated time of processing and delivery only and to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any delays experienced or Loss suffered as a result of delays. Due to the nature of our products being print-to-order, unforeseen delays are possible. 

Shipping will be provided by a nominated delivery service provider. You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the premises at the delivery address to allow for the delivery of the Products.

If you provide our nominated third party delivery service provider with authority to leave the Products, then your order will be left unattended at the delivery address you nominate at checkout. In doing so we will not be held liable for any loss or damage that is suffered to your Products as a result.

Risk and Title

All fully paid orders will be shipped by the postage carrier nominated by us. Until an order is paid for in full, title in the relevant Product remains with us.

All risk in the Products ordered will pass to you at the time the Products are delivered to the delivery address (or some other address as agreed by the parties).

Shipping times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed. 

Additional Information 

We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties that may apply. It is the customers responsibility to check with their country's import tax laws to check if there are any duties that may apply to their order.

We are not responsible for any items that are delayed, lost or damaged during delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. To avoid any loss or incorrect delivery, please make sure to enter the correct shipping address when you place your order.

If package is successfully returned to sender because of an incorrect address or refusal of duty payments or for a return, the cost of goods will be refunded but the shipping fee will not be refunded.
